gave a speech on cycling in tonight’s #toastmasters meeting and found myself a bike group! Going cycling at 0630 on Saturday! #
rather sorry to have missed #ignitesydney since I was looking forward to it but it had to fall on the night I’d promised to give a speech #
went on a beautiful morning ride from the inner west to Brighton-le-Sands down south, along Cooks River and Botany Bay. About 30km all up. #
Today just isn’t my day. One unlucky incident after another #
